วิธีใช้ :

2.       นำแผ่นประคบมาวางตามร่างกายบริเวณที่ต้องการ ให้ลดความเจ็บปวด หรือบรรเทาอาการปวดเมื่อย

3.       หลังจากใช้เสร็จ ควรให้แผ่นประคบนั้นเย็นลง แล้วใส่ในถุงพลาสติกเก็บในตู้เย็นที่ช่องแช่แข็ง สามารถใช้แผ่นประคบนี้ซ้ำได้ ประมาณ 2  ปี

Direction :
