น้ำมันหอมระเหยแท้เบลน กลิ่นอายตะวันออก ( Oriental )

·         ปราศจากการทดสอบในสัตว์ทุกชนิด

Ingredients: Essential oil of Lemongrass , Eucalyptus , Rosemary , Ginger and cypress 



สำหรับเครื่องพ่นไอน้ำ

ผสมประมาณ 3-4 % กับน้ำสะอาด ใส่เครื่องพ่นไอน้ำ หรือ ตะเกียงน้ำมันหอมระเหย

สำหรับสูดดม

วิธีง่ายๆ ด้วยการหยด น้ำมันหอมระเหย 2-3 หยด ลงบนกระดาษทิชชู ผ้า หรือลงบนฝ่ามือ หลังจากนั้นสูดดมเข้าไปลึก และ มีความสุข

หรือ หยดน้ำมันหอมระเหย 8- 10 หยด ในชามน้ำร้อน ใช้ผ้าขนหนูคลุมศีรษะ และค่อยๆ สูดดมกลิ่นน้ำมันหอมระเหย อย่างน้อย 10 นาที

สำหรับน้ำมันนวด น้ำมันบำรุงผิว

ผสมประมาณ 5-10 % กับน้ำมันเบส เช่น น้ำมันอัลมอนต์ น้ำมันโจโจบา  สำหรับน้ำมันบำรุงผิวกาย นวดผิวกาย

ผสมประมาณ 2-3 % กับน้ำมันเบส เช่น น้ำมันอัลมอนต์ น้ำมันโจโจบา  สำหรับน้ำมันบำรุงผิวหน้า นวดผิวหน้า

สำหรับอ่างแช่ตัวน้ำอุ่น

นำไปผสม 4-6 หยดกับน้ำมันเบส เช่น น้ำมันอัลมอนต์ น้ำมันโจโจบา  1- 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ สำหรับอ่างแช่ตัวน้ำอุ่น แนะนำเพื่อให้น้ำมันหอมระเหยมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ควรแข่อย่างน้อย 15 นาที

สำหรับประคบ

หยดน้ำมันหอมระเหย 4-5 หยด ลงในชามที่มีน้ำร้อน หรือ น้ำเย็น ค่อยๆจุ่มผ้าลงในน้ำ บิดให้หมาดๆ นำมาประคบบริเวณที่ต้องการ กรณีที่น้ำร้อนเกินไป อาจวางผ้าบริเวณที่ต้องการก่อนประคบ

สำหรับฉีดพ่น ผ้าห่ม ผ้าม่าน หรือบริเวณรอบๆบ้าน สปา


ผสมประมาณ 5-10  % กับน้ำสะอาด ใส่ในขวดสเปรย์ ( เขย่าก่อนใช้ทุกครั้ง ) ใช้ฉีดบริเวณที่ต้องการ
